Returns Policy

We hope that by now you have fallen head over heels with your purchases from A Touch of Ray and are enjoying them! 
Ordering online can be a bit tricky especially when it comes to investing in timeless pieces.
We do have limitations on returns so we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions to atouchofrayshop@gmail.com prior to making your purchase so we can help ensure you have all the info you need! Please read more about what you can and can't return below.
 
You may return items purchased online within 14 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise in products description)
All you need to do is contact us by email & we will arrange collections/returns.
Once the product is inspected and we are satisfied with the condition, a refund will be processed in full, we will retain the shipping cost.
Please note: w
e are unable to refund any postage charges. Postage for returned items is at your own cost.
